Abstract: Ligand protein docking is a molecular technique used to predict the structure to design a particular drug. It predicts the orientation and position of small molecule (ligand) when it is bound to a protein . It can be done by using different software's available. Molecular docking generates different structure ranked on scoring function. In this review, we discussed some general information regarding molecular docking with an example of NS1 protein from yellow fever virus.
